Enjoy absolutely delicious food, a free “Mumosa”, meet like-minded mums, and hear from three incredible speakers who will share their stories, tips, and insights. The perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, get fed & have a laugh in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

    Native of Claremorris, mum to six year old Luke.
    Married to Alex Dimitrov and together they have La Casa Tapas & Wine in Claremorris for the past two years.
    She has worked in hospitality for 32 years and has been in business between Dublin and Claremorris for 18 of those.
    She is a UCD & Dublin Business school graduate and qualified in Public Relations & Social Media when she was pregnant with Luke in 2019. She has completed numerous short courses with both Dublin and Mayo Enterprise Boards.
    She was the face of Skillnet Ireland in 2018 after completing a “Management in Hospitality Course” with them.
    She is currently focusing on being a wife and mum as well as running their busy little restaurant in Claremorris.

    Dr. Laura Lenihan

    An Irish doctor, entrepreneur, and skincare expert. Laura is the founder of Dr. Laura Clinic, a leading medical aesthetics practice in Galway, and Phare, an online luxury beauty store offering Europe’s most medically-backed, medically-chosen product selection.
    Laura graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery (BMBS) from the University of Limerick in 2012 and went on to complete her GP training in Galway. A fully qualified GP, she has been running her own clinic for the past five years. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MSc in Fashion Marketing, and a Certificate in Dermatology from UCD. Before retraining in medicine, she worked in luxury fashion at Net-a-Porter, where she developed a deep understanding of brand building. These skills have since been applied to the beauty and medical skincare industry.
    One of the first skin doctors in Ireland to establish a strong social media presence, Laura now has an audience of over 85,000 on Instagram, with a growing TikTok following and an active TikTok shop. She is known for her accessible, evidence-based approach to skin health. She is Ireland’s only Key Opinion Leader for SkinCeuticals and also works with La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy.
    A busy working mum, Laura lives in Galway with her husband and their three young children. She is passionate about showing that it is possible to build a thriving career while raising a family, and that balance and ambition can go hand in hand.
