As a mother of four, Lucy understands the challenges of contemporary parenting and has dedicated her career to developing evidence-based, practice informed, child-focused sleep solutions. Lucy is the originator of the stay-and-support method, an approach designed to help children and their parents achieve deeper, more rested sleep without the distress of leaving children to cry alone.
