This special event is all about you and what you need as you transition to being a mum for the first time or for the fifth time.
You will enjoy a relaxing and gentle yoga class followed by an empowering talk on preparing for birth and postpartum and we will finish off with a calming and restorative meditation all in the relaxing and comfortable surroundings of OSLO Health on Mespil Road.
We really hope you can join us and take this time out for yourself to relax, recharge and learn.
Dress comfortably for movement and bring layers, a soft blanket and pillow and whatever else you need so you can get nice and cosy for the meditation. Refreshments will be served throughout the event.

Aoife began her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Therapy Ireland, since then she has trained in Kids & Family Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and trained as a Birth Doula.Aoife works in Communications at a Maternity & Women’s Health Hospital and is passionate about empowering women and their partners for labour & birth.
Hello! My name is Treasa; I am a qualified midwife working in a busy Dublin Maternity Hospital. I have always been passionate about supporting new mums and dads during pregnancy and birth but most importantly during the transition from expectant parents to new parents. I set up Leanbh Nua during covid to support parents at this exciting time. I provide antenatal education, baby massage and breastfeeding classes.
