We are delighted to announce the next Mum Talks Longford!

Mum Talks is a fantastic opportunity for mums to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Whether you’re a new mum or a seasoned pro, this event is all about supporting one another on this motherhood journey.

At Mum Talks, you’ll hear inspiring stories from other mums, gain valuable insights, and get practical tips on various topics. Plus, there will be plenty of time to mingle, make new friends, and enjoy some well-deserved time focused on you.

So, grab your mum friends or come by yourself and join us for a morning filled with laughter, learning, and connection. Get ready to be inspired and empowered as we navigate the incredible journey of motherhood together! Babies are always welcome!

Meet Your Host

  • Donna Ward
    Donna, mum to 2 amazing girls. Donna has worked in childcare since 1999 and is a qualified Montessori educator, has a BA Hons in early childhood education and care and is the manager of school age childcare setting in Longford. Donna is the founder of Ickle Minds which provides sensory and messy play classes and workshops for children from 6mths onwards.

  • Michelle Victory-Linnane

    Michelle is the founder of MVL Fitness, a female-focused fitness business helping women make time for themselves through strength training, movement, nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes. A qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor, with additional qualifications in group fitness, POUND Fit and pre- and postnatal fitness, Michelle is also a Mum who understands the importance of making time for your own health and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence and a positive relationship with exercise.

  • Kristina Baker Kenny
    Kristina Baker Kenny

    Kristina is a music educator, multi-instrumentalist and founder of The Rhythm Room. A qualified primary and secondary teacher with extensive experience in music education and additional needs, Kristina brings a playful, relaxed approach to making music with babies and young children. Her baby music groups combine singing, instruments, movement and sensory play, helping parents and babies connect, have fun and discover the joy of making music together.
