We look forward to welcoming you to our next Mum Talks Meet-Up in the beautiful surrounding of The Townhouse in Arnotts, a comfortable and relaxed event where babes on knees /buggies are always welcome. Or come without baba for some you time, solo or with friends, you will receive a very warm welcome and some yummy treats with loads of hot coffee! You will also get to listen to some amazing speakers and we guarantee when you leave you will feel uplifted and rejuvenated!

Everyone who attends will receive a special gift of a €10 voucher to spend in Arnotts (T&C’s apply)!

  • Helen Keeble

    Helen Keeble (@helenkeeblephysio, www.helenkeeble.com) is an experienced, passionate and down-to-earth pelvic health physiotherapist. She is also a tutor/presenter/speaker in the field of pelvic health, a qualified CrossFit instructor and co-founder of www.umi-health.com.

    In recent years Helen has also researched and developed her own post-graduate course & webinars focusing on the functional female pelvic floor that is open to all health and fitness professionals.

    Erica Hargaden

    Erica Hargaden is a Certified Child Sleep Consultant, Co-Founder, and CEO of Babogue. Babogue is an award-winning company that provides digital solutions to parents who are struggling with their children’s sleep.

    Having launched the Sleep Series courses in 2019 Babogue has now helped over 4000 families in 36 countries to more settled sleep.     Susan Furniss-Radley

    Susan Furniss Radley, pilot, founder of travel and lifestyle brand Dust + Rock and Mum of three. Originally from Dublin, now living in Dungarvan, Co.Waterford with her husband and young sons.

    Having qualified as a commercial pilot at the age of 22, Susan Furniss Radley spent over ten years flying commercially, becoming a captain in the process. In 2018, Susan decided to leave her flying career to focus on bringing her idea The Wrist Pocket to market. Susan has a passion for innovation, for products that make life and travel easier. Her aim is to bring Dust + Rock to a global audience, producing products to give women more freedom in their busy lives. She has continued to add products to her offering and earlier this year launched her Luxury Travel cubes which sold out in the first month. She is working on multiple new products for the coming months!

    2023 has been a challenging year for her family as her youngest son was diagnosed with a rare brain disease and underwent huge surgery and a lengthy hospital stay. The surgery was a success and they will now spend a period of time in the Dun Laoghaire rehabilitation centre.
