Meet your ambassador Tara Treacy
Tara is mum to one little girl and owner of holistic wellness business Mindful Moments with Tara. Tara’s aim is to help mums and their young children become more calm and connected. She does this through delivering a variety of classes including baby massage, mothers circles and children’s yoga. Tara mission is to highlight the importance of connection and enjoying the small moments in life. Tara is passionate about supporting mothers as she knows first hand the loneliness and challenges of becoming a new mother and how important it is to be able to meet other mums. She is thrilled to now take on the ambassador role for Mum Talks for the westmeath/midlands area and looks forward to bring lots of fabulous events to this area in the coming months.
Founder of Neatly is a busy Mum of 4, two of which are neurodivergent and a naturally messy person. She is a homeschooling mum and has learned the hard way how to make life easier and loves sharing this with others. Neatly helps busy families declutter and organise their homes, creating practical systems that are easy to maintain. Life gets overwhelming, but your home should be your haven. Whether it’s an overflowing wardrobe, a chaotic kitchen or a declutter pre house-move, Neatly will help you declutter and make your home, work for you—beautifully and Neatly!
Nicola is a Mother and queer woman from Offaly, now calling Roscommon home.
Nicole works as a yoga teacher, birth & postpartum doula and women’s circle facilitator across Connacht & the Midlands. Also offering personalized 1 to 1 services.
Nicole’s passion lies in supporting individuals through significant life transitions.
Focusing on the often under discussed and under supported areas of menstruation, birth, pregnancy and postpartum. Her belief is that everyone deserves compassionate inclusive support during these significant moments.
Stephanie is from Ballinasloe Co. Galway. She runs her own business, offering Healing Touch, Kinesiology, Reiki, Dorn Breuss Massage, Rahanni, Doterra aroma touch, and Shamanic healing. She runs a purpose built clinic/practice from Kilmalaw, Aughrim, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. She found her way to holistic healing after battling illness and is one of just 8 practitioners in Ireland qualified in healing touch. Despite all her health issues she gave birth to her miracle baby daughter in December 2022. She works with clients from children to the elderly treating pain, back issues, arthritis, fibromyalgia, sinus, headaches, and anxiety.
