We are delighted to announce that Mum Talks is coming back to Meath to the Bective Tea Rooms!

Mum Talks is a fantastic opportunity for mums to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Whether you’re a new mum or a seasoned pro, this event is all about supporting one another on this motherhood journey.

At Mum Talks, you’ll hear inspiring stories from other mums, gain valuable insights, and get practical tips on various topics. Plus, there will be plenty of time to mingle, make new friends, and enjoy some well-deserved time focused on you.

So, grab your mum friends or come by yourself and join us for a morning filled with laughter, learning, and connection. Get ready to be inspired and empowered as we navigate the incredible journey of motherhood together! Babies are always welcome!

  • Tamara Fitzpatrick

    Tamara is a mum of five and works as a journalist.

    She has also recently qualified as APPI pilates instructor and specilisies in pregnancy and postnatal pilates.

Speakers

  • Aileen Cox Blundell

    Aileen Cox Blundell is a registered nutritional health coach and number one bestselling author of The Baby Led Feeding Cookbook and The Baby Friendly Family Cookbook.
    With a deep rooted passion for sharing nutritious and wholesome food, her mission is to help parents navigate the often daunting world of introducing solid food to babies. She works on empowering other Mums to embrace the adventure of baby led weaning with their own little ones all with confidence. Aileen is a Mum of 3, she has been there and understands the challenges and rewards of raising children who love good food and is excited to share her insights and experiences at Mum Talks.

  • Esther O'Neill
    Esther O'Neill

    Esther is a fully IACP accredited psychotherapist, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher..

    She has a first class honours degree in counselling & psychotherapy, and a first class honours masters degree in mindfulness based interventions from the School of Psychology, UCD. She has also completed training in a number of other areas such as sound healing, and cacao facilitation.

    Esther will speak about starting her own business; Present Moment while juggling work and parenting three young children. She will also give mums a few helpful tips on how to relax and become more present in their day to day lives. She will demonstrate some relaxation techniques to take away from the event.

  • Lauren Gavigan
    Lauren Gavigan

    Lauren is mum to two small children and has also recently launched her own coaching business and app – Life’s Good. Lauren has over a decade of coaching experience and now specializes in designing tailored meal plans and workouts for busy mums.

    Lauren will give some practical tips on how to reach the results you want postpartum and how she juggles work and life as a mum
