We are so excited to announce our first event in Clare in the gorgeous Beo – The Well! Your host will be Clare Mum Talks Ambassador Caroline Carmody of Solas Wellness with three amazing speakers. Everyone will be offered a tea or coffee and a choice of Beo Well Signature Scones, Healthy Muffins or Granola Pots.

Aoibhín is an actress, voice over artist, entrepreneur, author and Mum to three little
girls. Having graduated with a BA in Acting Studies at Trinity College Dublin in 2009, she
became well known from her work in TV dramas Fair City, The Fall and on stage at The
Gate Theatre. In recent years she co-founded renowned lifestyle and wellness brand Beo
and recently opened a new coffee, retail and studio space, the well in Ennis. Aoibhín lives in
Co Clare with her husband John and their three young daughters.
Aoife is a Nutritionist (MSc) and Health Promotion Practitioner (BSc) with a specialist interest
in eating disorders. With over 10 years’ experience, she recently founded AOB Coaching
which helps women develop a balanced, relaxed and healthy relationship with food and
body image. Her work empowers women to find balance from the whole spectrum of eating
distress including, rigid nutrition, restriction, overeating, emotional eating and binge eating.
Through her practice she offers 1:1 compassionate and personalised care, as well as group
workshops, retreats and talks for schools, community groups and businesses with a focus on
nutrition, health and wellbeing. She is a proud mom to two little boys, Liam (5) and Samuel
(2) and understands the rollercoaster of trying to balance motherhood, career and personal
wellbeing.
Emma is a career and life transition coach, positive psychology practitioner and
wellbeing facilitator. Emma’s work focuses on supporting individuals through 1-1 career
coaching and group workshops to find the clarity, direction and goals they need to thrive both
in their career and life. Emma has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching
Psychology and is accredited by the EMCC. Emma also combines her experience in positive
psychology with a 13-year career in human resources.
