I became the Wellness Coach this year on the back of life experience.
I have walked in the same shoes of so many and my mission is to help woman ‘live their best lives’
I’ll be talking about managing our day as a busy mum and how it’s so important to make time for yourself.

    A specialist pelvic health Physiotherapist
    You Therapies
I’m a Barefield woman but have lived in the UK for the last 11 years. I studied Physiotherapy in Manchester Metropolitan University and graduated with a 1st class honours degree in 2016.
I then spent 3 years completing my physiotherapy rotations to gain experience across all areas of physiotherapy including cardiorespiratory, stroke rehab, orthopaedics and surgical. This widespread experience and knowledge assists my clinical practice today giving me the confidence to know how best to help you with any underlying conditions and when to refer on.

After securing a specialist pelvic health role at Liverpool Womens hospital in 2019 I have not looked back. Under fantastic mentors, I have gained incredible experience; seeing a wide variety of complex conditions including urinary and bowel issues, sexual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and prolapses to mention a few. I have a particular interest in bowel function, menopause and post natal rehab. I am a qualified Mummy MOT practitioner, helping women back to their best self postnatally. I am also a qualified reformer pilates instructor, and also pre and post natal mat pilates instructor.

Although my main workload now focuses on pelvic health my early study and professional work was in sports rehabilitation. I’ve put in my time strapping ankles, rubbing hamstrings and running on pitches both with the Newmarket on Fergus hurling team and while working in the Athletic therapy department in Stanford University, California.
