Mum Talks is a fantastic opportunity for mums to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Whether you’re a new mum or a seasoned pro, this event is all about supporting one another on this motherhood journey.

At Mum Talks Limerick, you’ll hear inspiring stories from other mums, gain valuable insights, and get practical tips on various topics. Plus, there will be plenty of time to mingle, make new friends, and enjoy some well-deserved time focused on you.

So, grab your mum friends or come by yourself and join us at The Crescent Shopping Centre for a morning filled with laughter, learning, and connection. Babies are always welcome too! Get ready to be inspired and empowered as we navigate the incredible journey of motherhood together!

A light breakfast will be kindly provided by Quigley’s and each attendee will receive a good bag from McCabes Pharmacy

    Birth & Postpartum Doula. I am a DONA trained Birth and PostPartum Doula, a Gentle Birth Instructor, an Iyengar Yoga teacher, a Homeopath, creator of Exclusive Doula Led pregnancy retreats and Mama to my three children. I am a certified pregnancy and Mum and Baby yoga teacher. In my Pregnancy yoga class we cover preparation for birth and in Mum and Baby Yoga I cover postpartum healing and infant engagement. I have a passion to support women to achieve their own personal goals for their birth experience. A woman should feel confident and supported in her choices and decisions.
    This feeling of confidence should also be felt in the post partum period. When the women is born as a Mother she deserves whatever support she requires to fully reach her own personal goals from this precious time. Mother the mother is a roIe I feel very passionate about. The Mothers recovery and growth is important and will impact her life moving forward.

    Cathy O'Byrne

    Cathy O’Byrne is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Play Therapist, Primary Teacher and Academic Tutor at Children’s Therapy Centre.
    After many years of working therapeutically with children, teens and families in her private practice; The Swallow’s Trail, Cathy decided to specialise in offering compassionate and empowering online support to parents and caregivers.
    This was in response to unprecedented demands for services and long waiting lists for parents who were trying to access support for their children and teens.
    Cathy advocates strongly for the power of the parent/child relationship and the importance of parents being able to access timely, targeted and evidence based supports.
    Cathy supports parents individually and in group based programmes.
    As a parent herself, Cathy understands the stresses, challenges, joys, struggles and juggles of it all!
    Cathy works from a humanistic and person centred perspective and is passionate about strengthening connections in families.

    Hi im Eimear, mum of 3 and specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. I work privately in my clinic “The Physio Girl” based in East Clare and Limerick. I am passionate about supporting women of all ages, and particularly new Mums. I know all too well, that once baby is born, Mum often takes a backseat! Mothers deserve so much more support. Along side my private practice, I am also the co-founder of MoCo Health, a Post Partum App which guides mums through the 4th Trimester. Daily videos from health care professionals to support you in your recovery.
