Speakers

  • Elaine Ní Fhríghíl

Elaine is a qualified Mental Health Nurse but would say her biggest and most important role in life has been to become a mum. Elaine is a Single Mum By Choice (SMBC) to Luca who was conceived through donor sperm conception via IVF. He is her little miracle 💙

Her hopes have always been to share her story to encourage others who may be in a similar circumstance to follow their dreams in becoming a mum, given Elaine swears that being a mum is the greatest adventure ever.

  • Grainne Duffy

Gráinne works as a Clinical Reflexologist with Cancer Care West and runs a busy holistic therapies practice in Ballybofey. She is also proud mother to Hannah (17) and Grace (12).
Grainne holds a BSc in Social and Community Development and is experienced in delivering ITEC-accredited massage and reflexology training to adult learners across Donegal.
She is deeply passionate about helping others. Having seen first hand the benefits her clients have gained from reflexology, in particular – babies and new parents. This inspired her to begin teaching baby reflexology.
These classes help to empower parents and caregivers, giving them simple techniques that they can use every day to help calm, soothe and ease any discomfort that their little one may be experiencing.
Her ‘bump to birth’ programme is also a huge hit with mums to be.
Gráinne is passionate about reflexology as a safe, holistic therapy to help support the wellbeing of the whole family.
