Lucy is the founder of Mum Talks, a community dedicated to supporting and connecting mothers. Passionate about helping women navigate motherhood, she has spent over nine years bringing mums together through events and conversations. Lucy has interviewed more than 100 experts and speakers who work with mothers and families, and loves creating spaces where women feel supported, informed, and connected.

Sorcha Keogh

Sorcha is a HR professional and accredited career and return to work coach. She is the founder of Clarico (@claricocoaching), a coaching, training and support service for employees and employers navigating life’s key transitions. Clarico offers individual career and return-to-work coaching. They also partner with employers to craft practical, employee support solutions. Sorcha is a contributor with IMAGE.ie, but most importantly she is a mum to 1 year old Quinn.
Sara Stokes

Sara is a mum of two and founder of pregnancy skincare brand SKN TO SKN. After 15 years managing artists including Arctic Monkeys and Fontaines D.C., Sara took a leap into entrepreneurship, inspired by her own experience of pregnancy and the confusion around safe skincare. At Mum Talks, Sara will share her journey from music to motherhood and business, alongside practical advice on navigating skincare during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding.
