  • Jen Crawford

Jen is a Life and Business Coach, parent educator, mentor, and doula trainer with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through life’s biggest transitions. She has trained and mentored hundreds of doulas, supported thousands of families, and is the founder of Ireland’s former national doula agency, DoulaCare Ireland Ltd. In 2026, she is leading multiple group doula trainings under her new brand Jen Crawford Coaching, continuing her work shaping skilled, grounded birth professionals.

A mother of three and a former multi–six-figure business owner, Jen’s approach is deeply shaped by lived experience, including burnout and a Crohn’s disease diagnosis that forced her to redefine success and slow down. Today, she helps people move from overwhelm to clarity by fostering harmony rather than perfection — supporting aligned, sustainable growth through gentle acceptance of what is.

    Liadhán Collins

I’m  the founder of CulaBaby Sleep & Wellness. My journey began nine years ago as a sleep-deprived mum of three. I knew I wanted a big family, but nothing prepared me for the exhaustion of children who wouldn’t sleep. After reaching out for support and seeing the transformation it made, I trained as a Certified Child Sleep Consultant to help other families avoid the struggles I went through.Later, I discovered breathwork—simple, intentional breathing that helped me shift from chaos to calm. Because let’s be honest, life with kids and juggling it all can feel overwhelming. Today, I combine sleep consulting and breathwork to support parents’ wellbeing as well as children’s sleep.
