Having trained in London and Sydney for 25+ years, she returned to Tralee with her family, bringing expertise in women’s health. Through fertility challenges and healing, she now supports women with hormones, recovery and confidence after baby. A true Kerry lady Lisa began her modelling career at 14, representing Kerry at Miss Ireland and went on to win Miss Ireland Universe and further represented Ireland at Miss Universe.
Moved to New York City where she met her Irish husband, and had 4 boys under 4 within the first 5 years.
Lisa has navigated health challenges since birth and in 2019 had her 2nd open heart surgery and through her recovery set up her Instagram Page to connect and document her story. A daily content creator in a fun and engaging way Lisa talks fashion, beauty & family.
