I’m Aimie, a proud mammy to Harry and Freddie and a dance teacher from Longford. Dance has been my passion since childhood, and now I’m also a qualified Kangatraining instructor. I love helping mums rebuild strength, boost confidence, bond with their babies, and enjoy an hour just for themselves. Watching mothers connect, move, and thrive while their babies snuggle safely beside them is truly magical.

I’m a secondary school Science teacher, also working in additional needs. Diagnosed with epilepsy at 26 & soon after, a rare form of muscular dystrophy. It shattered my confidence in life until now at 40, mum to a 4 year old & some counselling/ CBT to understand my place after losses & grief, I’ve found my voice again, realising we all have strengths and weaknesses, it’s about finding yours.
