We are delighted to announce our upcoming meet up in The Wyatt Hotel Westport! Mum Talks is a fantastic opportunity for mums with their babies/ toddlers to connect, share experiences, and learn from eachother. Whether you’re a new mum or a seasoned pro, this event is all about supporting one another on this motherhood journey.

At Mum Talks, you’ll hear inspiring stories from other mums, gain valuable insights, and get practical tips on various topics. Plus, there will be plenty of time to mingle, make new friends, and enjoy some well-deserved time focused on you.

So, grab your mum friends or come by yourself and join us for a morning filled with laughter, learning, and connection. Get ready to be inspired and empowered as we navigate the incredible journey of motherhood together!

Kelly is a yoga teacher, mama, and founder of The Yoga Nest in Ballinrobe. With over 900 hours of training and two decades of personal practice, she specialises in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and nervous system regulation. Passionate about helping moms move beyond survival mode, Kelly creates nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find confidence through movement, breath, rest,
Jen Rutherford

Jen is a Women’s health practitioner, Reflexologist, Homeopath and Bach Remedy practitioner, with a deep passion for supporting women through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. She works alongside women navigating fertility, miscarriage, IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as supporting babies and new mothers. Her intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where every woman feels truly heard, held, supported and cared for.
Ollwyn Moran, M.Ed.

Ollwyn is a neurodevelopmental specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She is Founder and Clinical Director of CogniClinic, a specialist assessment and therapy practice with clinics in Sligo, Dublin, and Cork, and founder of CogniKids, a clinically-authored children’s developmental products brand. Ollwyn holds an INPP Diploma — she’s the only qualified practitioner in Ireland’s northwest — and is ADOS-2 qualified. Her work with babies includes cranial therapy and primitive reflex assessment, supporting healthy early development from birth. A regular voice on Irish radio and TV, including Newstalk, RTÉ Radio 1, and Ireland AM, she’s known for making the science of the developing brain practical and accessible for parents.
