Kelly is a yoga teacher, mama, and founder of The Yoga Nest in Ballinrobe. With over 900 hours of training and two decades of personal practice, she specialises in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and nervous system regulation. Passionate about helping moms move beyond survival mode, Kelly creates nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find confidence through movement, breath, rest,
Jen is a Women’s health practitioner, Reflexologist, Homeopath and Bach Remedy practitioner, with a deep passion for supporting women through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. She works alongside women navigating fertility, miscarriage, IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as supporting babies and new mothers. Her intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where every woman feels truly heard, held, supported and cared for.
Ollwyn is a neurodevelopmental specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She is Founder and Clinical Director of CogniClinic, a specialist assessment and therapy practice with clinics in Sligo, Dublin, and Cork, and founder of CogniKids, a clinically-authored children’s developmental products brand. Ollwyn holds an INPP Diploma — she’s the only qualified practitioner in Ireland’s northwest — and is ADOS-2 qualified. Her work with babies includes cranial therapy and primitive reflex assessment, supporting healthy early development from birth. A regular voice on Irish radio and TV, including Newstalk, RTÉ Radio 1, and Ireland AM, she’s known for making the science of the developing brain practical and accessible for parents.
