Colette combines Child Sleep Support with Parent Coaching because it’s not just about sleep, it’s about helping parents feel calm, confident, and having a plan that works for their child and family. She also supports families with behaviour concerns, conscious parenting, potty learning, and other parenting concerns.
Emily is a Holistic Nutritionist and Menstrual Health Practitioner who supports women through fertility, hormonal changes, motherhood, and beyond. With a warm, practical approach, she combines evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle support, and functional hormone testing to help women improve hormone health and overall wellbeing. Emily is passionate about making hormone health feel simple and achievable, sharing realistic strategies that fit into busy family life. Her goal is to help women feel more confident, balanced, supported, and connected to their bodies at every stage.
Saerlaith Murphy is a Senior Speech & Language Therapist and parent, life, and relationship coach. Saerlaith works in early communication development and neurodiversity. She is passionate about the impact of relationships and nervous system regulation on communication development. Saerlaith draws from neuroscience, trauma-informed principles, and her own experience as a mother of three. Saerlaith shares simple strategies that fit into daily life to support your child’s communication development.
