We are so delighted to announce our next Mum Talks Galway in the beautiful surroundings of the G Hotel.

We look forward to welcoming you into a comfortable, informal and relaxed environment, come by yourself or with friends & babes on knees /buggies are always welcome. You will have a lovely morning where you can enjoy listening to our speakers, have a yummy light breakfast, and have a hot cuppa! You will also get to meet loads of amazing mums!

  • Marie Hehir

    Marie has worked for over 15 years in the space of Mental Health and since 2018 after travelling to India to pursue her love of Yoga qualified as a Yoga Teacher. As a Yoga teacher and while pregnant with her first baby she travelled to Cornwall to specialise in pre and postnatal and Mother and Baby Yoga. Marie has a huge Gra for this teaching and has been providing this service for Mum’s in Galway and throughout ever since.
    Marie is passionate about empowering women to feel confident, calm and connected to their body and baby through their pregnancy journey and post birth. Marie wants mums to come away with a positive birth experience and to feel supported and to know that they have the strength within themselves on this journey. Marie has drawn on her own life experiences and knowledge in providing this space for Mums and wants to impart that knowing that Mum, baby and their bodies can do this.
    Marie is a Mum of 3 much loved small boys under 4 years. So there is lots of love and life at home in Galway.

    Ursula Quinn

    Ursula Quinn is a leading paediatric sleep consultant, registered nurse and mother to 3 children including a set of twins. She works with families who are struggling due to their child’s poor sleep, to identify the contributing factors and make the necessary changes to improve sleep for the whole family. Her approach is kind, supportive and holistic and she has helped hundreds of families to achieve what are often described as “life changing” improvements to their sleep and overall wellbeing.
