  Tanya McHale-Roe

  Tanya McHale-Roe is a mother of five children age’s ranging from 13 to 2 years old. After working for over 15 years with Aerlingus as cabin crew, she’s now a content creator with a focus on travel, fashion, and beauty.
  Tanya also manages several organisations Media accounts as well as being heavily involved in Sport and getting girls involved in sport at a young age. She is currently running the Uefa Disney programme for young girls with Swinford FC were she is also secretary of the Club.

  Charlene Flanagan is the dedicated Co founder and visionary behind Irish award winning skincare brand Ella and Jo cosmetics. A professional makeup artist for over 10 years Charlene has graced Irish TV, Media & many social channels and created a stellar reputation in the industry by putting education and the consumer at the core of her business.

  With a passion for beauty and a keen entrepreneurial spirit, she founded Ella & Jo Cosmetics to create products that empower individuals to look and feel their best. Beyond her role as a cosmetics maven, Charlene is also a loving mother of two, balancing the demands of her successful business with the joys and challenges of motherhood. Her commitment to both her family and her brand exemplifies her remarkable dedication and resilience.
  She brings her attention to detail, brand vision & passion for the consumer into everything she does and has taken Ella & Jo cosmetics from an incredibly formulated range to a premium skincare offering now sitting on shelves all over the world.. She is an incredible example to young business women – kind, caring & supportive as she gives back to the community who have supported her while she grows and drives her international skincare business.

  Jen Duffy

  Jen is a qualified Postpartum Doula, previous Midwife, & Creator of ‘What About Mama?’, where she curates gift boxes for Mums full of gorgeous Irish products.
  As you may be able to tell, she is truly passionate about supporting Mums during a vulnerable stage of their lives-becoming a new parent! She feels so lucky to be a part of these New Mamas journeys, and to help ease them into that transition to motherhood!
  During lockdown, Jen realised the importance of supporting Mums, even from afar, and so ‘What About Mama?’ was born! Each gift box is carefully created and wrapped, and includes a personalised note so it can be delivered directly to a Mama in your life with ease!
  Becoming a Postpartum Doula through DoulaCare Ireland this year, has allowed her to also support Mums & families in their homes in the West of Ireland which I am so grateful for!
  Jen feels it is so important to celebrate Mums and all that they do.
