Weaning & Beyond Workshop
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Mum Talks Galway special event at the beautiful Salthill Hotel!
Mum Talks is a wonderful opportunity for mums to connect, share experiences and learn from one another. Whether you’re a first-time mum, navigating the early stages of feeding or a seasoned parent looking for some fresh ideas, our events are all about bringing mums together in a relaxed, welcoming and supportive environment.
This time, we’re focusing on Weaning & Beyond– helping parents navigate everything from introducing those very first foods to tackling toddler mealtimes and lunchboxes.
Feeding little ones can sometimes feel overwhelming, with so much information and advice out there. Our aim is to help you cut through the confusion, gain practical knowledge and leave feeling more confident about feeding your family.
The workshop will be facilitated by Christina O’Sullivan, Nutritional Therapist, Nourish & Grow
Christina, is a mum of two girls and a passionate nutritional therapist & published author.
With a deep commitment to health and wellbeing Christina advocates for all to prioritise healthy habits on a daily basis to help stay fit and well. “It’s the consistent daily actions that make all the difference, says Christina but it’s much simpler than we have been led to believe”!
Christina is particularly passionate about children’s health, helping parents to pass on healthy habits, teach children to cook and look out for their own self care needs, all in a down-to-earth manner with simple sustainable changes.
With education at a young age Christina believes children can pick up these habits and be empowered to continue onto adulthood.
All of Christina work is underpinned by the pillars of health that support our everyday lives
