  Kayleigh Povey

  Kayleigh is a certified Gentle Sleep Coach and founder of Sleepease, a business dedicated to helping parents navigate the challenges of their child’s sleep, using gentle & responsive methods.

  Kayleigh is a highly experienced clinician with over a decade of service providing psychosocial care to parents & children impacted by childhood illness. Her extensive background includes working as Head Medical Social Worker at one of Ireland’s leading children’s hospitals, where she gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting families during some of the most traumatic and challenging times in their lives.

  Kayleigh is a passionate advocate for Infant Mental Health & throughout her career, she has worked with parents and children facing a range of issues, including Childhood Illness, Trauma related to birth, adjustment to illness or injury, Postpartum Depression & Anxiety, Parent Mental Health, & Domestic Abuse.

  Kayleigh now supports Parents through Sleepease Circle of Support: Baby & Child Sleep, SMS Send Me Sleep Voicenote Support, 1 to 1 Support and Online Courses.

  Anne O'Leary

  As a mum of four, Anne understands the sleepless nights, emotional challenges, and constant juggling that parenthood brings. After 20 years of experience in demanding corporate roles across finance, operations, and sales, Anne redirected her career toward her true passion: supporting parents as they navigate the transition to parenthood, return to work, and beyond.

  Anne is the founder of The Parent NEST, where she provides holistic support through coaching, practical resources, and a nurturing community. She runs in-person classes in Wexford on mum-related topics and baby massage classes, offering a welcoming space for connection and learning.

  Her classes explore a wide range of topics, drawing on her own expertise and insights from guest speakers. These include navigating postpartum, managing the mental load, navigating changing relationships, reducing the overwhelm, identifying personal values, and aligning them with both home and work life.

  Through her online membership, The Circle, 1:1 coaching, and workshops for individuals and organisations, Anne equips parents with adaptive structures, tools, and strategies to navigate whatever challenges they face—whether it’s adjusting to life with a new baby, managing family leave, returning to work, or balancing work and home life. She also collaborates with organisations as an external coach, helping employees transition smoothly back to work after parental leave.

  Anne’s focus is to provide compassionate, practical support tailored to each parent’s unique journey, helping them gain clarity and feel confident and capable in their personal and professional lives.

  Eimear Coffey

  Eimear Coffey Life Coach is a qualified Life coach and Motivational speaker. Eimear was originally trained in Montessori teaching and early childhood care and education and has 25 years’ experience in this field, including owning her own Montessori school for 11 years in Wicklow town prior to managing Montessori schools and creches. Following a transformative personal journey of her own back in 2020, Eimear decided to go
  back and study to become a life Coach in Kingstown College. She has left the classroom now and has dived into coaching and mentoring creating her own small new business ‘Eimear Coffey Life Coach’. Eimear is member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council- EMCC, and is aligned
  with the International Coaching Federation, ICF. Eimear believes that at any point in time we can change the direction of our lives and feels
  passionate about supporting, nurturing and empowering women to be true to their authentic selves.
  Eimear is a single mum of two beautiful boys. Her eldest now a college student and her youngest boy in a special needs school. Eimear feels passionate about equality and inclusion for our special needs children and also recognises the importance of support and connections as mums embarking on this journey. Eimear has a positive approach to life and the challenges it brings.
