We are delighted to announce our first meet up in Wicklow! Mum Talks is a fantastic opportunity for mums to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Whether you’re a new mum or a seasoned pro, this event is all about supporting one another on this motherhood journey.
A morning of reset and self-care for mums after the chaos of the summer holidays. This event is a lovely opportunity to take time out just for you. We will start with a gentle hour of yoga and meditation with Jo Quinn (joga yoga) (this part of the morning is suitable just for mums but if you would like to attend the rest of the event with your baby just use the code NOYOGA for €10 off) followed by a light brunch and tea whilst our speakers of the morning will share their knowledge on how to support mums managing burnout through the power of breathwork, exercise & nutrition and sleep quality.
So, grab your mum friends or come by yourself and join us The Yoga Barre, Kilcoole for a morning filled with laughter, learning, and connection. Get ready to be inspired and empowered as we navigate the incredible journey of motherhood together!
