Jean Lewis, MISCP, is a CORU registered Chartered Physiotherapist with over twelve years of experience in private practices in Canada, London and Ireland. She specialises in musculoskeletal and women’s health, with particular expertise in managing pelvic health from pregnancy, post-natal recovery through to menopause.
Jean aims to understand her patients’ difficulties, listen to their goals and work with them to create a specific management plan. She uses education, lifestyle management, exercise and dry needling to support and guide their recovery and maintenance.
Outside of her professional life, Jean enjoys Yoga, Pilates and running. As a mother to three young children, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges and joys of motherhood to her practice, enhancing her connection with patients navigating similar life stages.
