Aolish Gormley is a maternal mental health advocate, speaker and founder of the Year of Care Campaign, campaigning for meaningful change in how mothers are supported after birth. Drawing on her own experience of postnatal depression, Aolish has become a strong voice for mothers across Ireland. Her work highlights the need for sustained physical and mental health support throughout the first year, while challenging the systems that leave too many mothers struggling without adequate care.
Kelly is an award winning stress and burnout coach supporting ambitious women who are juggling demanding careers and busy home lives, to find balance, set boundaries and take back control again.
Sylvia O’Rourke is a Senior Hospital Pharmacist and qualified Herbal Medicine practitioner with a passion for women’s health and wellbeing. Combining over 15 years of clinical pharmacy experience with a holistic approach, Sylvia is particularly interested in hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy and the pre- and postpartum journey. Her work bridges conventional and complementary medicine, empowering women with practical, evidence-informed tools to better understand their bodies, support their health and feel truly well.
