During the summer we had the pleasure of having Senior Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Aoife Menton, who specialises in perinatal mental health join us for a chat over Zoom. We spoke about the importance of minding our mental health during pregnancy and the months following birth. We also discussed tips to help you get through those challenging few months when you feel totally overwhelmed, exhausted, and not in control. And Dr. Aoife talks about the mental health services that are available to mums during the Perinatal period and how to avail of them.
